Below is 3 signs of your Jabra Pro headset not being paired to the charging base.
- Blue headset light doesn’t appear on the charging base when you remove the headset from the base.
- Blue headset light appears when the headset is lifted out of the charging base but there’s no audio.
- Green or White battery displays on the Pro 900 charging base and Blue headset light is flashing
5 steps to pair your Jabra Pro 920 or Pro 930 headset
Remove the Jabra Pro headset from the charging base and power it off by pressing and holding the on/off button for about 5-10 seconds until a WHITE light flashes on the headset, then release your finger. Also, the blue headset symbol on your charging base should be flashing.
Disconnect the power from the charging base for 10 seconds and power it back on without the headset in the charging base.
Wait a few seconds and you’ll see a white battery display flashing and a flashing blue headset
Place the headset back into the charging base
Wait until the battery LED light turns green and the blue headset symbol disappears and your headset is now re-paired.
